About 15 years ago a CBOT floor trader asked me to speak on his webinar.

(Technology was pretty cronky in those days if you recall, but it was fun still.)

I showed his audience how to spot supply and demand lurking in the shadows where it is usually invisible.

We know that supply and demand is what drives future movement, right?

So it's kind of a big a thing if you can work out where it is sitting.

To me this was obvious. I assumed every trader would know this, especially pros from the trading floors.

It was a 30 minute session and after that, 

they could instantly see this invisible force, as clear as daylight.

I was stunned to discover that no one on that webinar knew this - not a single person.

After the event a very successful famous trader who attended wrote to me saying it was the most outstanding lesson he had ever seen and he would have happily paid a thousand bucks to see it.

Well that was the start.

It was never in my personal plan to teach anybody anything. Just speaking at that event and it snowballed from there.

Let's be clear - trading successfully is not easy.

Teaching someone else to trade successfully is even harder.

But from that day I found myself teaching my time proven techniques to traders around the world.

But this chapter of my career is at an end.

I am not planning any further events, courses, seminars or anything.

I'm delighted to have helped so many people climb a few more rungs up the ladder.

Career traders have been created from the most dedicated of these students too.

Yes it's true I do have a private Mastermind Group of full time day traders whom I work with each day.

These are excellent people and I love being the catalyst that incrementally moves this group to bigger and better things.

That is the extent of my teaching role.

My sole focus has returned to my own trading and my family.

As I said, trading is taxing. But so much easier than teaching.
